Calling all little runners (ages 4-10)! The 2K Kids Color Bash Run returns to Ackerman Park on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 9–11 am. Dash through color stations along a 1.25-mile course and get showered in colorful powder! A DJ will keep the fun going with an after-race dance party and a group color packet throw. Warm days, warm hearts! Take part in our blood drive in partnership with Versiti Blood Center of Illinois on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 9 am to 1 pm at Ackerman SFC. One blood donation can help save up to three lives! Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s best to book your spot on the Versiti website.
